CAVITE CITY—San Sebastian College-Recoletos de Cavite, through the initiative of its School President, Rev. Fr. Rafael B. Pecson, OAR, successfully conducted its Mid-Year Operations Review last October 24-26, 2018. The event which was organized by the Office for Accreditation, Planning and Development and Quality Assurance, provided an avenue for all administrators to share their accomplishment reports, challenges and the winning strategies of their respective departments.
The first two-days focused on the presentation of accomplishments from each department from June to October 2018. The administrators were given a few minutes to present and answer queries regarding the prevailing concerns and challenges affecting their operations. On the third day, the attendees finalized the calendar of activities for the remainder of the school year. The affair culminated with the distribution of certificates to the participants. Commenting on behalf of the School Board, Fr. Pecson expressed his appreciation towards the participants for their passion and willingness to collaborate on issues surrounding the community. This, according to the outspoken School President, will be essential for the betterment not only of the individuals concerned but of the institution as a whole.
