UNO-R, STI-WNU and RC launch SOAR 2.0

Bacolod City, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL–The University of Negros Occidental–Recoletos, STI –WNU, and Riverside College launched the second edition of the SOAR, a collaboration Journal, at the Chalet 1 and 2, May 31, 2019.

The Opening remark was done by Dr. Randolf L. Asistido, STI-WNU Research Director while the rationale was given by Dr. Mona Freda Secondes, UNO-R Research Director. Three Research projects were presented. UNO-R’s “Travel Guard”; Riverside College’s “Bacteria Infested Water Sources and Their Capacity to Produce Electrical Charge”; and STI-WNU’s “Tasked –based Approach in Teaching Reading to Grade 8 Students of STI – West Negros University. After each presentation, School heads gave their message: Dr. Carlos Eduardo Legaspi, Jr. for Fray Don H. Besana, OAR (UNO-R); Mr. Samuel Z. Lee (Riverside College) and Mr. Mark S. Molina, SFRIM (STI-WNU).

Patricia Rivera; Mrs. Cecile Marie Pacis; and Dr. Nieves Pepito; “Social Media Jargons” by Nikka Joy Atienza; Carmen Jesusa Legaspi; Johann Bursky Reduble; Mrs. Ma. Judy B. Legaspi; and Dr. Nieves Pepito; and “Travel Guard: A Mobile Application for Travelers.” by Haime Hurrissa; Mark Edward Panabe; Renz Owen Santillan; Mr. Alvin Mananquil and Dr. Elmer Haro.
