UNO-R RBGS and LGU-Hinuba-an sign MOU

Bacolod City, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL–The University and the Local Government of Hinoba-an signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the proposed Graduate Extension Class for Master of Public Administration and Governance (MPAG). These extension classes will start on the second semester of Academic Year 2019-2020. The university was represented by UNO-R President Fray Don H. Besana, OAR; Fray Jose Alden Alipin, OAR, UNO-R VP –Academics and RBGS Dean; Dennis Madrigal, Ph.D, RBGS Associate Dean; and Mrs. Merlita Caelian, Ph.D, Program chair for PhD DvM and MPAG. The Hinoba-an LGU in behalf of the Municipal Mayor, was represented by SB Jason Tupas; SB Daph Anthony Reliquias; SB John Ray Reliquias; HR Ginalyn O. Herradura; and RBGS student Jose Yusay III, MPAG. The MOU which signified the intention of both parties as approved by the UNO-R School Board and the LGU-Hinoba-an Sangguniang Bayan was signed in preparation for the MOA signing. According to SB Daph Anthony Reliquias, “This is definitely another milestone in our development process and a manifestation of commitment to provide more opportunities for education.”
