Talisay City, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL–The RAY de Talisay together with other LAY Organizations of San Nicolas de Tolentino Parish, took part as Sanitation Ministry, the first line of precautionary health measures before entering the church to guarantee the Health protocols and guidelines that church-goers must observe before entering the Church. Face-shield, mask, alcohol and digital thermal scanner served as their weapon to prevent the spreading of COVID-19.
